ApikGO (“we”, “us”) operates this storefront delivering curated Korean food, beauty, and lifestyle products to Indonesia. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when your payment is processed and the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.
3. Pricing & currency
Prices are shown in your regional currency for convenience and may be converted from USD at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We are not liable for currency conversion or bank fees applied by your card issuer.
4. Shipping & delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Customs duties or import charges, where applicable, are your responsibility.
5. Returns & refunds
Perishable goods are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect on arrival. For eligible items, contact support within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
